As CTO he scaled a 100-person engineering organisation and drove €50M+ in client profit. As an advisor he set the technical foundations for Jua.ai and Cradle.bio, which have since raised €130M+.
UX & Design Leader, Leadership Coach
20+ years designing digital products used at massive scale. As UX lead for Google Flights she scaled the product into the largest flight search engine in the US and Europe. At Google Assistant she spearheaded AI-first conversational interfaces — voice, text and visual — and was accountable for the experience across billions of Pixel and Android phones. She led a UX organisation across three continents, advocates for women in tech, and runs an independent leadership coaching practice.
